Through immense HARD WORK, DEDICATION, and STRONG PARTNERSHIPS with key stakeholders, we have been able to bring new national retailers to the Valley Fair Mall. While DRIVING traffic and sales volumes to levels that are hard for national retailers to ignore. By starting with a STRATEGIC plan based on a solid UNDERSTANDING of the local marketplace and trade area, we have been able to RE-POSITION the Valley Fair Mall from a declining mall to a solid performer that is positioned strategically in the marketplace to continue to take advantage of improving retail market dynamics and pent up retailer expansion demands.
